Hello,
I am the owner and I have to install a dilemma on the ground, instead of the current tab of old vinyl in the bathroom - Another piece of vinyl flooring or fiber, a sheet but not bound to the fiber base (hence easier in the future replace if necessary)?

Note: Currently, there are already 2 layers of vinyl sheet glued one above the other. My craftsman thinks he can strike a third level, and there will be no problems, but said another man, he shall not refer to a third layer, but the elimination of the current first, when I am on vinyl. So .. Work is clearly needed more money or if I remove the old PVC floor compared to fibers, fiber-table itself, but is more expensive (because it) less work. What do you think - vinyl or fiberglass?
Note: There is a rental property in harsh environments, and I have no doubt that fantasy pictures or something. Furthermore, only debate between the 2 options before, it is not listed please mention that the tiles or any other option for swimming. It would be very grateful if you can share whator if you prefer, when I get to choose one - fiberglass or vinyl? THANK YOU.
